Web site domain?

I built a new web site with yahoo site builder. I want to put it on a domain of it own. First can load sites built with yahoo on to another server? Second where would you recommend looking for a domain?

    you should use a hosting site,, and then just buy a domain from them..very cheap like under 10.00 a year.
