Can someone suggest an artist’s website builder?.that does not charge a monthly fee?

I have created my website myself and it’s just looking messy these days. I need a flash site that i can use easily and upload new paintings myself. I think these websites that charge you monthly fees are CRAZY! I just want a one time charge to use their
site builder… kind of like
flashpalette.com, but something a a few more options.
