Why is it when I apply for jobs through Career Builder or Monster, I always get temp agencies calling me back?

I don’t understand this. I apply for several jobs through these websites, though I get calls back from companies that I didn’t even apply for that are temping agencies. I don’t want to work temporarly jobs … I want to work a full time regular job. Ugh!

Because Temporary agencies have saturated the market with their bullshit and drama. They want to get paid for your work when you could just as easily get a job directly through the place of business you applied. They stand in between you and “mediate” your wage, hours worked, and skill with that particular job. It’s disgusting that it’s allowed and that people continue to let it happen.
