How do you create a myspace layout website?

PLEASE someone help me i want to make layouts,codes,cursors and more but i dont know how to do ANY of that also i dont know a FREE easy website builder to put anything… if someone could please show me a turtoal or malk me through it and NO generators i want to lear how!

    if you want to just change the back ground of your layout with a different pic, just upload the pic to photobucket or tinypic, delete the part of the layout after where it says background image. replace the old url with the new one. then save. [:
