i would like to create a simple website (not totally from scratch something like godaddy.com or any other web site builder) ,my question is i need to create a website that my customers can go to ,place their order from the selection they want but i do not want payments made on website.basically i just want a place (website) that just compiles weekly orders . no payments should be made on website. i want to be able to check all orders submited at the end of the week simply. please advice,what tools and where create this?thanks
