Does McAfee security products block online popup windows?

I’m using Godaddy site builder to create a web site. The online help window will not open. Godaddy says I need to disable popup blocking. I’m running windows xp professional with sp2 installed and have disabled popup blocker. I have current version of McAfee security center with virus protection, firewall and spamkiller. Might any of these products be causing my problem and what might be my solution?.

I need a free website builder and you publish it free?

Ok i want to build a website were I can give advice to people who want to anonymus…you know like one of those websites were you people ask you questions and they dont know who you and and i dont know who they are..IT HAS TO BE ABSOLUTELY FREE!

Web site domain?

I built a new web site with yahoo site builder. I want to put it on a domain of it own. First can load sites built with yahoo on to another server? Second where would you recommend looking for a domain?
