Web hosting Question ?

Is host monster a good hosting service for user accounts, forums, and all other things ?
Also, is the web site builder usable within the mozilla firefox web browser ?
One more thing are there any other web hosting services that are chock full of features that can be managed within web browsers (Specifically Mozilla Firefox) other than yahoo! web

What website builder should I use to host on Network Solutions?

I have a website built on Network Solutions and it looks so unprofessional. I want to build a website with another program instead of the one they provide for free. What would be a compatible, relatively easy to use program? I have built some basic websites using FrontPage and a couple from Network Solutions website.
And, basically, once I build it is easy to load to their website?

My needs:
1. Needs to support having online programs that I made myself.
2. And to make one of my webpages hidden so that it’ll only be accessed after a specific event? (For example, after users pay they are taken to a hidden download page). Also, it can ONLY be accessed after payment, it cannot be accessed by copy and pasting the URL or anything like that.

negotiation? I am looking at one of their homes and since I would not have a realtor if I bought it that would save them 3 percent for starters does that get passed onto me? I hear people say I got a new home for such and such by this or that builder but for what they got the list price is substantially different please advise,
