Where can a buy a search engine website and add my google adsense ads to it?

I am not very good with websites and html, so I will need someone to set it up for me or have an easy to use web builder. I want to own a simpe search engine website so that the results will include adsense ads and search results. Please Help I don’t know where else to go!

Can I just copy flash games off any website?

Im planning on making a website with flash games on it and I’m wondering if I can just go to any website like miniclips.com or addictinggames.com and copy the flash file then take the file and put it onto my site? If this is illegal what would I have to do?

How do you build a website in Dreamweaver?

I am a professional PRESS designer (I design book covers, CD covers, yearbooks, Magazines, newsletters, etc. for people) I am VERY well-versed in Photoshop and InDesign. I am needing to learn how to build a website in Dreamweaver. Since I am used to freeform design, I’m having a little trouble learning how to make things do what I want them to. How do I move things around in the layout? How can I place a Video or any other object ON TOP of an image?

Is there a free website for people to post that they are seeking a Job?

I am looking to hire someone in southwestern PA to install garage doors & openers and I dont want to use monster & hot jobs etc to seek employee’s. Is there a website like this where you could enter a job opportunity and seek qualified applicants for free?
