Does anybody know of a good web host that offers really different and unique designs?

I’m a beginner- I want to start a website but am a computer idiot- I need to use those design builders that the web host offers- but I’m not seeing any unique designs- Most designs they offer revolve around themes. My website will not be of just one theme and so I would prefer an abstract design- Any thoughts?

Where can I find a professional business flash website template?

I’m starting an events business and I need a great website that I can design myself with the use of a template. I don’t mind paying a reasonable price for the template and service. I like photobiz.com, but I’m not a photographer. I don’t need to showcase that many pictures. Any ideas?

Best resolution for a Flash Website?

I’m trying to build a website in flash for a friend, he’s doing clay. Nothing too fanciful as the target audience is mainly high school teachers so they will bring the students over for some classes. I’m in the 1st stage but I’m torn between 800px X 600px/ 1042px X 768px. Should I even limit myself over resolution?
