I want to make a website where people can upload photos to me and I take those photos and turn them into a video with music of the person choice. But I’m not sure what web builder site to use for that. I don’t want to pay to much money. I’m pretty good with computers so I could use yahoo geocites (but I’m not a big fan of yahoo so I would rather use something else) or I can use power point to make a page. But then how do I go about getting it posted as a business? Any tips and ideas would be great. Also, I’m trying to figure out how much to charge. What would be a good price? It would take me about 6-7 hours total to make the video.

I am looking for a cheap – best web hosting plan that I can find. Do you know of any that will allow me to use php or upload images, and have built in site builders for a ‘new guy’?

Okay I have FrontPage, but im soo confused. Okay I’m going to make a website on www.freewebs but how can i add my frontpage to the freewebs site?
Also can I make a WHOLE website on frontpage? Like with a homepage and have other pages? Or is it just a homepage.
And finally do you know any other good FREE web site builders. Like freewebs and yola?

I am looking to create a website and would like to know which are the top builders, easy to use and offer good features.
I thought of using Go Daddy.com but the reviews are awful. Is there anything else that’s not too expensive?
I would also like to know if anyone has a site and preview of their finished product using the webpage builder they provide.

I have a domain, hosting and now all I have to do is build the website. I need something drag and drop, something i can play around with easily.
Also must be offline. And software not part of a hosting package

I am using Yahoo!
Site Builder and I am working with frames. I can add colors to the frames, but how do you add patterns? Is it possible?
I see all these websites with beautiful layer pages – how do they do it?
But how do you get that picture to repeat itself and fill in the frame?

First of all I am not even capable of this, I am asking this for my friend and her husband. #1 – Her husband just started his own construction and is thinking of getting a very simple brief webpage, as the company is new and there is not much to say at this time. #2 – Now my friend has a rather different idea. She has been searching all those ‘on-line record check companies’ that find out phone stuff, civil & criminal records, DMV, marriage, and I have no idea what else but she said there is alot. She wants to pay for a longtime membership and then incorporate it, obviously in a different manner, into her own website.
Now I told them I think her husband could do it himself but she would be better off hiring someone. Question: anybody know the best do it yourself website for the best price in the construction business type of websites and anybody know either the same ? for my girlfriends idea for a business on the record check or does anyone know what
website builder could build her a site for the best deal.
