web site making software with admin panel?

Im looking for a website building software that has a easy to use interface that I can create a admin area to add or delete items from my site.Its not a blog or forum , so wordpress type things wont work. Its affiliate marketing web site im making and I want to be able to add different categories and different products.
Does any one know of a software that gives me the ability to create a site like this with out having to code any thing my self?basicaly like a see is what I get type site builder with a website admin area I can login to.

BLUEHOST:
My dad read their terms of service and didnt like that if i kept with it, 2 weeks before my year was up, they would charge me for another. I also tried the demo of the web site builder, and it ******.
FATCOW:
My dad read these terms of service too and he really hated it. there is about no chance i could do fatcow.
HOSTGATOR:
This one you have to pay extra for a domain name. I want a free one that comes with the website.
INMOTION:
to hard to understand lol. It looked alright, but im not craz about it.
Thats about all ive looked into. im on a $4-$7/mo budgit. i dont wanna go over that. thanks

I’m not a web designer or programer and am looking for a simple way to build a web site for multiple users where they can log in and have their own page to update information on. I dont know what this is called in web language so don’t know how to search for online web builders or hosting for this. Any sites you know of that would allow me to do this?

18 yr before entering webpage?

I am making a personal webpage and I want to warn non-adults before entering my website.
I know I have to do something with the index file and have a script I have works expect for the referenced second index page.
This site contain adult material!
Please enter if you are over the age of 18
Enter or
Exit
My Question?
I put the above script into my first index.html file and I moved my original homepage to index2.html (my original homepage did work when it was named index.html). I then entered “http://www.mysite.com/index2.html” as my link in the line . I also tried entering “index2.html” in the line. The above script shows up correctly when I enter my website through a search engine, but when I selected ENTER I received an error page instead of my homepage (index2.html). How do I make the second index2.html work?
I am using Soholaunch as my website builder. Thank you for any help.

I have a small website business idea. I need some sites that I can use to get it started?

I want to make a website where people can upload photos to me and I take those photos and turn them into a video with music of the person choice. But I’m not sure what web builder site to use for that. I don’t want to pay to much money. I’m pretty good with computers so I could use yahoo geocites (but I’m not a big fan of yahoo so I would rather use something else) or I can use power point to make a page. But then how do I go about getting it posted as a business? Any tips and ideas would be great. Also, I’m trying to figure out how much to charge. What would be a good price? It would take me about 6-7 hours total to make the video.
