How to Find a Home Builder?

I recently came across a web listing for new Condos coming to Colorado Springs. The site only shows the floorplan and general details. I would like to contact the builder which the site claims in “Legacy Ridge” but no contact information of any sort is listed.

I am just a little confused and frustrated considering I have contact information from others builders found on this site. Any suggestions on locating the builder, I have been to legacyridge.com, net, and org to no avail.

the ready to go inventory home builders list on their websites? Is that the final price or the price before?

negotiation? I am looking at one of their homes and since I would not have a realtor if I bought it that would save them 3 percent for starters does that get passed onto me? I hear people say I got a new home for such and such by this or that builder but for what they got the list price is substantially different please advise,

When setting up a website, say real estate, Do you need permission to attach a url link to new home builders?
